Hi, my name is RUFUS, and that's me above right (when I was small and eatin ice cream right outta the cone!). Above center
is me, when I grew UP!
I was very happy growing up in London, England, and I really liked it when my earth dad had to use the telephone booths,
cause then I could sit up in my basket and stretch my legs out. (don't worry I was safely strapped into the basket, and it
was locked too! (that's me right at the top of each page in my diary here) just so you can see how alert and brave I was!
I've travelled a lot together with my earth mum and dad in their car. We've travelled all over the British Isles,
and even travelled abroad via the CHANNEL TUNNEL a few times, but I was always happy to get back home to the wonderful parks,
and woods in London.
I especially didn't like the town on the other side of the tunnel in France at all. The pooches there didn't even bother
to do their "private business" under a tree or off the sidewalk (it's called PAVEMENT in english)!
In fact there's dog pooh all over the streets in that French town, I believe it's called Calais!
I sure feel better when I'm outta that tunnel and back into our GREEN AND PLEASANT LAND. ENGLAND! AFTER ALL, THAT'S
WHERE I WAS BORN!
My earth day brought me home to his house when I was about 8 weeks old, I remember it was a white car called a MARINA, I remember
he carried me out in a box and also bought a little house for me there. As soon as I was in the car with him, I couldn't
wait to pop my head outta that box! IT WAS SO HOT! Anyway, I just jumped out and into the lap of my earth dad. He didn't
seem to mind too much and let me stay there all the way back to my new house. (I will attach a photo of this at the bottome
of this page). I liked it there cause it had a large garden I could run around in! I live together with him and his girl
friend, they take very good care of me, and I'm a pretty happy pooch!

This was my first home where my earth dad took me after he adopted me! As you can see it's a huge corner house (the one on
the left with the car in front) and you can even go to the garden from the outside if you go through the little road opening
in the middle there).
The first thing I had to do when I moved in, was to find out how to get to the garden from INSDIE THE HOUSE!
I'm not like those doggies in CALAIS, the port town of France across the English Channel tunnel. Cause I like a bit
of privacy when I have to do go! (you know what I mean!)
That's why I chose a special place in the back of the garden (first I had to chase all the cats out though!)
